Meet Our Dental Team Naples

Ashley, Office Manager

Ashley was born in Miami, but her family moved to Fort Myers when she was 5. She worked at a corporate dental office prior to joining our team. Ever since entering the world of dentistry, she has developed a great passion for the field. Her favorite part of the job is being part of our patient’s stories and helping them have a dental experience that leaves them smiling at the end.

Ashley has family all over Florida. When it’s sunny out, she likes to spend time at the beach or by the pool. She also enjoys hanging out with her friends and family, and she often visits the gym. She loves movies and often goes on what she calls “cinematic adventures” to see the new releases!

Connie, Front Desk Administration

Originally from Dundee, Illinois, Connie has been in the dental field for decades, and she has been a Certified Dental Assistant as well as an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant. She joined our team in 1995, and she has enjoyed the opportunity to take care of our patients and provide them with high-quality service.

Connie has two sisters, three nieces, two nephews, and a great-nephew. When she’s not at the office, she can often be found boating, riding her bike, walking, playing tennis, and visiting the beach. She also enjoys watching the Chicago Bears and volunteering at the Moose Lodge as well as the American Legion Auxiliary.

Yesenia, Administrative

I appreciate being empowered in making decisions to improve the overall patient experience! Yesenia has worked in the dental field since 2002. She is our back-office support person, ensuring we are able to dedicate time to provide patients with exceptional service and a great smile. Yesenia appreciates that our doctors truly value each patient and employee, making sure every experience is a genuine partnership for our patients and staff. She is happy to be part of a team that is committed to having the most modern, accommodating office in order to provide patients with the best that dentistry can offer!

Yessenia, who was born in Miami, is a first-generation Cuban-American. She is married, has a son, and enjoys all outdoor activities under the Florida sun. Her favorite pastimes are boating and hopping on the back of her husband’s Harley Davidson for a ride.

Daniela, Treatment Coordinator

Daniela was born in Cuba, grew up in Miami, and currently lives in Naples. She started her dental career at the front desk, and over time her potential as a treatment coordinator was recognized. She is proud of her ability to help patients understand the importance of maintaining excellent oral health as well as why they might need certain treatments.

Daniela is a very family-oriented person. She spends a lot of time with her family as well as her significant other. When she has the chance, she likes to go on bike rides, and she often watches the sunrise and sunset at the Naples Pier.

Maria, Lead Dental Assistant

I like assisting the doctors in all types of hands-on treatment, learning new things, and educating patients about their oral health. When patients understand what will happen during their treatment, that helps them feel more comfortable. Seeing those healthy, beautiful smiles when we’re done is the best experience!

Maria has worked in the dental field since 2017. She spends her days in our clinic and operatories, providing patient care, chairside assistance, and patient education. Maria enjoys being part of a professional, caring office and working with doctors and teammates who are dedicated to providing the best care for our patients!

Maria identifies as Cuban/Colombian, but she was born and raised here in Naples. She spends most of her free time traveling, fishing, boating, or watching sports with her husband and their dog.

India, Dental Assistant

India is from Miami, and she went to the Florida Career College. She is an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant who is certified in nitrous, CPR, CDA, and radiology. She considers the working environment and the chance to meet new patients to be the best part of her job.

India has two wonderful daughters. She is very passionate when it comes to makeup as well as exercising. She can often be found getting a workout outside or at the gym.

Milca, Dental Assistant

I am happy to be able to provide proper patient care and love seeing the beautiful final result for our patients’ smiles!

Milca graduated from dental assisting school in 2019. She assists the doctors with patient care, works chairside during procedures, and educates patients about their oral health. Milca loves working our doctors and team because of our high level of expertise and education, and appreciates how everyone treats each other and our patients with respect and kindness.

Milca was born in Guatemala and moved to Florida with her mother and older sister when she was six. She loves spending time with her friends and family, and enjoys listening to the music of Harry Styles.

Ria, Dental Assistant

Born and raised in Naples, FL, Maria is also known by her nickname, Ria. In 2020, she received her diploma from Naples High School. She then enrolled into the dental assistant program at Lorenzo Walker Technical College. She is currently an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. She has had a passion for dentistry ever since she started working in the industry. The best aspects of her employment, in her opinion, are the opportunities to meet new patients and the work environment. Ria is of Bolivian decent. She’s danced for the Naples Ballet & Company Inc. for nine years. She’s performed in The Nutcracker, and Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. She too enjoys spending time with her son when she is not at work. She likes making memories with him and seeing him grow up.

Alyssa, Dental Assistant

Alyssa grew up in Naples where she later went to Lorenzo Walker Technical High School and graduated with her dental assistant certification. She has been a dental assistant since 2021 but before that worked in the veterinary field. Her stepmother was a dental assistant which had inspired her to become one herself. She enjoys taking care of her patients and making them feel as comfortable as possible during the appointments while growing relationships with them. Alyssa loves to travel (especially to her favorite place, St. Thomas, USVI), cooking all the delicious Italian food, and spending quality time at home with kitties.

Biljana, Dental Hygienist

Biljana hails from Macedonia, and she received her dental education at the Florida Southwestern State College. As a certified registered dental hygienist, she loves getting to work with our patients.

Biljana has a wonderful son who she spends plenty of quality time with. She also enjoys playing chess when she has the chance.
